How to make crystal-infused water

What is crystal infused water?
Crystal-infused water is water that had been charged through the use of crystals. The energy of the crystals can help charge the water and thus act as another form of crystal healing.
What do I need to make crystal-infused water?
If you stick to quartz crystals only - making crystal-infused water is pretty simple. All you'll need to get started is a carafe or pitcher, non-toxic crystals and filtered water.
Which crystals should I stay away from?
It is very important to note that some crystals are toxic and should not be used for crystal-infused (gem elixir) water. Potentially toxic crystals include Malachite, all Tourmalines, Amazonite,Copper, Flourite, and many more. Do not use any water soluble crystals, gems or stones that can dissolve in water like Gypsum Halite, Pyrite, & Optical Calcite. When in doubt stick to natural,non-artificially colored quartz like clear quartz, rose quartz and smoky quartz. How do I make crystal-infused water?
Making crystal-infused water is simple. Place your non-toxic crystals in a carafe or pitcher then fill with filtered water. You can also slice up pieces of lime, lemon or cucumber and add to the water for additional flavor. Place in refrigerator overnight.
