Your Guide to Full Moon in Aries
The Full Moon rises in 12 degrees Aries this afternoon at 2:40 P.M (E.T). This full moon is fiery, barren and known as the "Harvest" Moon. This full moon marks the beginning of Harvest with an intense fury. Here on the east coast, we are feeling that intensity tenfold. The tropical wave has been affecting us for days and the rising of the King Tides are vicious.
Aries is the passionate and intense sign of the zodiac. Aries is all about the self, ego, motivation and getting things done. Aries are the can-do, get it done, no excuses, I'll do it myself, with a side of attitude kind. If you tend to lack motivation or ambition this full moon is going to make you feel empowered to knock off a few things on your to-do list. Take advantage of it. Do it.
This full moon is in opposition of Mercury which will compel most to direct action, confidence, and courage in the upcoming days. This opposition may cause some disruption in your communication with others as they might not understand you. For Aries, this will be amplified, so be extra mindful of your words. This moon is quintile Pluto (death/transformation) which calls for you to revisit that thing that keeps holding you back and doesn't allow you happiness. More specifically, Pluto in Aries calls for you to shed the old you to make space for the new you. If you've already begun your journey down the yellow brick road then naturally others will be drawn to you for advice. Share your experiences and your own truth.

Check yourself before you...well you know...
Aries symbolizes aggression, anger, attitude, and rage. If you have issues with any of these, it's time for you to own that and create a plan for how you deal with that in your life. Have some aggression? Work it out. Anger? Write it out...scream into your pillow...talk to your therapist. Attitude? Listen to others when they call you out of it. An attitude is rarely the proper response to anything. Rage? Talk to someone about it. See a therapist. Meditate with your crystals. Unresolved rage can cause a lot of unhappiness in your life. Don't keep walking around with all that hurt. It's going to wear you down.
Crystals for anger: rose quartz, celestite and black onyx
Change is inevitable
The moon is quintile Pluto and Mercury and when you mix that with the changing of seasons and our journey into Fall - you have a devil vs. angel situation. What I mean is that on one shoulder you have Jiminy Cricket and on the other your stubborn ego. If you are fighting that needed change from within then you're going to have a really hard time these next couple of days and quite frankly until the end of the year because you keep fighting the inevitable. For the Aries, Leo & Sagittarius who are refusing to change for the better, this full moon is going to amplify this part of your life.
Crystals for transformation: labradorite, blue opal and amber
Strike a pose
The moon is in opposition of Libra and there's probably a lot on your plate right now. Strike a healthy balance between major areas of your life family, love, work and self. If your cup runneth over, take a step back and learn to say no. Setting boundaries with others is healthy and prevent false expectations from others and resentment or overexertion on your end. Aries and Libra are polar opposites so you're going to have to decide where to apply that Aries fire and Libra compassion into your life. Either way, this is a great time for you to direct your energy into projects you're passionate about and to make time for the people you love in your life.
